The published price list
The whole bill, in five columns.
Every band, its price, what that band costs when it is full, and the running total at each step. You can work your own invoice out on paper — a bill you cannot check is a bill you have to take on trust.

Graduated, like income tax. Crossing into a cheaper band never reprices the volume below it, which is why the blended rate falls smoothly instead of stepping.

There is no plan to choose
Nothing to upgrade and nothing to outgrow. The volume you send decides the rate, and the cheaper rate applies automatically the month you reach it. A quiet month costs less; there is no allowance to forfeit and no minimum commitment.
No private rates, ever
If list prices change, you stay on the card you signed up under, and your billing page names which version that is. That is grandfathering, not discounting: everyone on a given version of the rate card pays the same published rates. There is no per-organisation secret rate — and no code path that could apply one.
Counted per recipient, billed in arrears
You are charged on messages actually sent, counted one per recipient and totalled at the end of the month. Metered from our own ledger rather than from a third party's numbers, so the figure on the invoice is a figure we can show you the rows behind.
