Every invoice we send looks like this

You pay for what you send. Nothing else.

One month, itemised

100,000 emails sent

First 50,000 @ $1.50
$75.00
50,000 more @ $1.10
$55.00
Contacts, users, campaigns
$0.00
Total
$130.00

First 5,000 emails free — enough to build, test and send. No card, and nothing to cancel.

  • $0.00 for contacts and seats

    Billed per send

Not by how many subscribers you keep, and not by how many people log in. You pay for the emails that actually go out.

    The full price list
  • 1 price list, everyone on it

    No plan to pick

Nothing to upgrade and nothing to outgrow. Send more and the rate falls by itself; send less and the bill follows it down.

  • 3 DNS records

    Your own domain

A checklist tells you what to paste and where. After that your mail sends under your own name and your own good standing.

How we keep you out of spam
  • 3.5× cheaper than Mailchimp

    About half the usual bill

Same 50k contacts, same 100k emails, same 5 logins — and the chart moves to your own volume.

What you'll pay

Enter your list size and how often you mail. The calculator turns that into emails a month — the only thing we charge for — and shows the itemised bill.

  • First 5,000 emails free — enough to build, test and send a real campaign.
  • Top up a balance; each email draws it down at the published rate. Nothing is charged that you haven't already put there.
  • No subscription and no monthly minimum. Unused balance keeps until you send.
  • One price list. Same rates for everyone — no private deals.

What it costs, at any size

Six volumes off the same price list. Find the row nearest your own — there is no plan attached to any of them.

What you would pay

You pay for what you send. Nothing for the size of your list, nothing for the people on your team. Say how big your list is and how often you mail it, and read the bill back band by band.

25,000
Weekly

25,000 contacts × 4 sends a month — that is 100,000 emails a month.

Your bill, band by band

Graduated, like income tax: each band is charged at its own rate. Crossing a boundary never reprices the volume below it, and there is nothing to upgrade — the lower rate applies automatically the month you reach it.

For comparison

The same volume at the published list rates of comparable platforms: $130$300 a month.

Compared against marketing platforms with automations, not against transactional relays — those are a different product at a different price. Their list rates only, before contact-tier and per-seat charges.

Charged on emails actually sent, counted per recipient, totalled monthly and billed in arrears. No minimum commitment, no allowance to lose — a quiet month costs less. Prices in US dollars, exclusive of any applicable tax. Everyone is on the same published rate card.

What you're paying now

Same volume on every card. Assumptions sit above the chart, not in a footnote.

They bill contacts. We bill sends.

Mailchimp, Klaviyo and most of this chart charge for stored contacts and seats — whether you mail them or not. Move the chips: both bills climb, but only ours climbs because you sent more.

Their published prices stop. Ours don’t.

Klaviyo stops at 150,000 profiles. Mailchimp Standard at 100,000 contacts, Premium at 250,000. Past that, you negotiate. Our list runs to 20 million emails a month, in public, for everyone.

Quiet months cost less

No minimum, no commitment. Send less and the bill follows; send more and the rate drops at the next band.

Emails a month
A list of 50,000 contacts, mailed twice a month, with five people who need a login — priced on every card.
Mint Mail The published rate card$130

100,000 emails sent. Contacts, seats and campaigns are not billable and never will be.

Brevo Standard$152.12

1.2× our bill. 100,000 emails, the way we count. Contacts are free; the four extra logins are $43.20 a month.

Mailchimp Standard$450

3.5× our bill. 50,000 contacts stored, whether you email them or not. The plan's 600,000-email cap is headroom you pay for either way.

ActiveCampaign Plus$641.80

4.9× our bill. 50,000 contacts stored, and one login. The other four are $32.80 a month on top.

Klaviyo Email$720

5.5× our bill. 50,000 active profiles in the database — since 2025 that counts profiles you keep, not profiles you mail. Above 150,000 they stop publishing a price.

Their published list prices — annual billing where they sell it without a salesperson, their monthly rate where they do not — cheapest plan that covers this list, this volume and these five logins, checked 31 July 2026; ours computed from the rate card above by the same function that bills you. The contact-billed plans here include far more sending headroom than 100,000 emails — that headroom is what the contact tier is buying, used or not. Mail the same list every day and the gap narrows, so price your real volume in the calculator rather than taking this shape of business for yours.

FAQ

Common questions

Billing, the free allowance, and where your mail sends from.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Your first 5,000 emails are free — enough to build, test and send a real campaign. Add a card only when you top up.

What do you charge for?

Emails sent. Not contacts stored, not seats, not a monthly plan. The rate falls as your monthly volume climbs — see the calculator above.

How does billing work?

You top up a prepaid balance. Each send draws it down at the published rate for that band. Nothing is billed after the fact.

What if I send less one month?

The bill follows you down. There is no minimum, no commitment, and unused balance keeps until you send.

Can I get a custom rate?

No. One published price list, same rates for everyone. If list prices change, you stay on the card you signed up under.

Where does my mail send from?

Your own domain. A checklist walks you through the three DNS records; after that, mail goes out under your name and reputation.
