Deliverability

Sending is the easy half. Arriving is the product.

Your email goes out under your own name, on your own good standing, and never behind anyone else's sending. Below is what that means in practice — including the technical detail, for the reader who wants it.

Your domain, signed by you

Mail leaves as your domain, not as a shared platform address, so the good standing you build belongs to you and moves with you. Setting that up means adding a few records at whoever you bought the domain from — a guided checklist names the screen to open and what to paste into it. (For the technical: DKIM keys, an SPF-aligned envelope and a custom MAIL FROM subdomain.)

Your reputation, isolated from everyone else's

Every workspace sends inside its own tenant, on its own configuration set. A careless sender elsewhere on the platform cannot spend your standing at the inbox providers, which is the failure mode of a shared pool that nobody warns you about until it has already happened.

The verdict, not just the send log

Bounces and complaints are read back off the event stream and attributed to the send, the list and the campaign that produced them — hard bounces suppressed automatically, complaint rates tracked against the thresholds Gmail and Microsoft actually enforce rather than the ones folklore quotes.
