Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Mint Mail. The part that matters most is section 4: you may only mail people who agreed to hear from you, and we enforce that — not out of principle, but because one sender's bad list costs every other sender their delivery.

1.Who this agreement is with
This is an agreement between Revenize LTD (“Revenize”, “we”), registered at 20 Warburton Road, Flat 18, London, E8 3FY, under company number 17064965, and the organisation whose workspace you create or join (“you”). Mint Mail is our product name.
By creating a workspace, or by accepting an invitation to one, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2.What the service is
Mint Mail sends marketing and transactional email on your behalf, from your own domain, and reports what happened to it. You keep control of your lists, your content and your sending schedule.
We improve the product continuously and may change how features work. We will not remove a material feature you depend on without telling account owners first.
3.Your account
You are responsible for everything done under your workspace, including by the team members you invite. Keep credentials secret, invite only people who should have access, and remove them when they leave. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
You must be at least 18 and must not use the service where doing so would break the law that applies to you.
4.What you may send, and to whom
You may only mail people who gave you permission to. That means an opt-in you can evidence — which is why the product asks you to record where each contact came from and when.
Lists you may not use
Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested or otherwise third-party lists. Addresses collected for one purpose and repurposed for marketing. Lists you cannot say the origin of. If you are migrating from another platform, bring the consent evidence with the contacts.
Every message must be honest about who sent it
Accurate sender name, a real reply address, a valid postal address where the law requires one, and no misleading subject lines. You must not forge headers or disguise the origin of a message.
Unsubscribes are absolute
Every marketing message carries a working unsubscribe link, and we enforce the result: an address that opts out, hard-bounces or reports spam is suppressed and will not be mailed again through us. You must not attempt to circumvent that by re-importing an address, mailing it from another workspace, or moving it to another provider to continue contacting them.
Content that is not allowed
Anything unlawful; malware or phishing; content designed to deceive a recipient about who they are dealing with; sexually explicit material; and Gambling, high-risk financial products, adult dating, and certain supplements, because these categories carry complaint rates that affect every other sender on the platform.
We monitor bounce and complaint rates and will pause sending that breaches the thresholds the inbox providers enforce. This is automatic and deliberately blunt. A list that generates complaints damages the standing of every domain sending through this platform, so we would rather stop a campaign than let it run.
You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to your sending — including GDPR and the UK GDPR, the ePrivacy rules, CAN-SPAM and CASL as applicable. We give you the tools; we cannot give you the consent.
5.Your data, and ours
Your contacts and your content remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, on your instructions, as described in the privacy policy. We do not sell them, mail them on our own behalf, or use them to train anything.
You grant us the limited licence needed to host, transmit and display that content for the purpose of running the service — nothing wider.
Where we act as your processor under data protection law, we will enter into a written data processing agreement on request. The providers who process data on our behalf are listed in the privacy policy.
6.Paying for it
Mint Mail is prepaid. You top up a balance, and each email sent draws it down at the published rate. There is no subscription, no per-seat licence, no contact tier and no minimum monthly spend — if you send nothing, you are charged nothing.
The rate is graduated: later volume in a month is charged at a lower rate than the first, in bands. The complete ladder is on the price list, which is the authoritative statement of the current rates. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax. New workspaces begin with a starting credit so you can send before paying anything.
Sending stops when the balance cannot cover it. We will show you this coming rather than failing a campaign silently.
We may change prices. Existing balance is unaffected by a change, and we will notify account owners at least one month before new rates take effect. Unused balance does not expire. You may request a refund of unused balance at any time; we will return it less any payment processing fees charged by Stripe on the original top-up.
7.Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and close your workspace at any time.
We may suspend or limit sending immediately where a campaign breaches section 4, where bounce or complaint rates put the platform’s delivery at risk, where an account appears compromised, or where we are required to by law. Where the circumstances allow it we will tell you first; where they do not, we will tell you as soon as we can and explain what triggered it.
We may terminate this agreement on 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a material breach that is not put right within 14 days of us asking.
After termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
8.Availability
We work to keep the service running and to send your mail promptly, but we do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment or service credits.
Delivery to a recipient’s inbox is ultimately decided by their mail provider. We can authenticate your mail properly, isolate your reputation and report honestly on what happened — we cannot promise that a given message reaches a given inbox, and any provider who promises you that is describing something they do not control.
9.Intellectual property
The service, the software behind it and the Mint Mail name are ours. You get the right to use them for as long as this agreement lasts, and nothing more. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or resell the platform itself.
If you send us feedback we may act on it freely and without obligation.
10.Warranties and liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or revenue; and our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content or from your sending to people who did not consent to hear from you. This is the counterpart to section 4: we carry the platform’s reputation, you carry responsibility for your list.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and we will email account owners before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
