The published price list

The whole bill, in five columns.

Every band, its price, what that band costs when it is full, and the running total at each step. You can work your own invoice out on paper — a bill you cannot check is a bill you have to take on trust.

Scroll the table sideways for the remaining columns.

The published rate card. Each band is charged at its own rate; the final column is the complete monthly bill at that band’s upper bound.

Graduated, like income tax. Crossing into a cheaper band never reprices the volume below it, which is why the blended rate falls smoothly instead of stepping.

There is no plan to choose

Nothing to upgrade and nothing to outgrow. The volume you send decides the rate, and the cheaper rate applies automatically the month you reach it. A quiet month costs less; there is no allowance to forfeit and no minimum commitment.

No private rates, ever

If list prices change, you stay on the card you signed up under, and your billing page names which version that is. That is grandfathering, not discounting: everyone on a given version of the rate card pays the same published rates. There is no per-organisation secret rate — and no code path that could apply one.

Counted per recipient, drawn from your balance

You top up a balance, and each batch we send draws it down at the rate its place in the month has earned — counted one per recipient, from our own ledger rather than a third party's numbers. Nothing is charged after the fact, so a bill can never arrive larger than you expected. Every drawdown is a line on your statement with the bands behind it.
